Traditional "Tajarin" Egg Noodles
A delicious egg tagliatelle (Tajarin) to make your mouth water!
Made using a traditional 'Langhe' recipe, this pasta is made from semolina and eggs. Ready in just 2 minutes and perfect with our Ragù alla Contadina, it can be also served with just a dollop of butter and grated Parmesan.
INGREDIENTS: durum wheat semolina, eggs 20%, water.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: Store in a cold and dry place.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Put on the fire 1 litre of water and 10 grams of salt every 100 grams of pasta.
COOKING TIME: 6 - 7 minutes ca.
