This cream of artichoke sauce (Crema di Carciofi) is best enjoyed on slices of crusty bread or by adding a couple of tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil to make an excellent pasta sauce
INGREDIENTS: artichokes (70%), sunflower oil, mustard (wine vinegar, mustard seeds, rice flour, salt, sugar, spices), wine vinegar, salt, yeast extract, acidity corrector citric acid.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: Must be stored in a dry and cool place.
Refrigerate after opening and use within a few days.
