Farmers Meat Ragù
A classic, traditional Bolognese sauce.
This classic Bolognese sauce is made from beef and pork cooked slowly in a tomato sauce with onion, carrots and celery. Perfect with any pasta, but particularly well matched with tagliatelle.
INGREDIENTS: tomato pulp (52%), beef and pork (30%), sunflower oil, carrots, tomato paste, onions, powdered skim milk, salt, celery, wheat starch.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: Store in a cold and dry place.
Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within a few days.
