How long has Giordano been producing wines?

Giordano's story started in 1900, and since then it has been creating and developing all its wines and products with a strong focus on affordable quality.

 

How can you offer such great deals?

We offer all our wines and specialities directly to the end consumer, without intermediaries and therefore without all the costs that this supply chain would entail. This means that those who buy from us pay for what they see, not for distribution costs.

 

Are your wines only available online?

We have chosen not to have physical shops, precisely to ensure that our products do not incur additional costs.

 

Which are your most popular wines?

Many of our wines sell tens of thousands of bottles every year. Probably the ones our customers have been most loyal to are Andrea Rosso, Raggiante and Eventus.

How can I create an account?

Easy: just go to the registration page and fill in the form with your details. It takes a minute and you only need to do it once, then just log in with your email and password.

 

What are the advantages of having an account?

Only account holders can purchase on the website and take advantage of all the opportunities it offers: special prices and promotions.

 

I already have an account: how can I log in?

Simply go to the login page and enter your credentials. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset and change it.

 

Is my personal data secure?

Yes: your data is stored on our systems, which comply with all security protocols and are protected by the latest technology.



 

Newsletter

 

Are there any special offers for newsletter subscribers?

Yes: newsletter subscribers who are already customers have access to special offers, preview new products and can take advantage of all the commercial opportunities we offer every week.

 

How can I subscribe to the newsletter?

At the bottom of the website or in the window that appears after a few seconds, you can enter your email address to subscribe and receive a welcome discount.

 

How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

At the bottom of all newsletters there is a link to unsubscribe: just click on it to proceed.

 

Where can I see all the current promotions?

On the homepage of our website, you will find a list of current offers and promotions, which are constantly updated, as well as on the promotions page of the menu. If you need specific details, please contact us.



 

Orders

 

Do I need an account to shop on the website?

Yes, but you can start adding products to your cart and then register at the time of purchase: it only takes a minute.

 

Will I receive updates on the order I placed?

Of course: we will update you by email on the status of your order, from purchase confirmation to final delivery.

 

I haven't received my order confirmation email: what should I do?

Check your spam folder: it may have ended up there. If you want further reassurance that your order has been confirmed, please also check your private area in the order list.

 

How can I check the status of my order?

Simply log in to your private area, where you can view a list of all your orders and their status.



 

Payments

 

What payment methods are available?

Depending on the country you are in and your specific account, you can pay by credit card, with the main prepaid electronic methods, cash on delivery and also by bank transfer and postal order.

 

I have a discount code: how can I use it?

Easy: at checkout, you will see a window that says 'Do you have a discount code?'. Enter the code there and confirm it. If it is valid and applicable to the products you have chosen, the system will apply the discount to the total.

 

Is my data secure when I pay electronically?

Of course: all our prepaid payments are processed in complete security through a partner platform that guarantees the necessary protection and privacy conditions.


 

Shipping

 

Where will my order be shipped from?

All orders are shipped from our logistics hub in Italy, which ships over 2 million parcels every year to destinations across Europe.

 

How many days will it take for my order to arrive?

We will attempt to deliver orders within 10 days but please allow up to 15. We always do our best to optimise this time by relying on the most efficient partners in each country.

 

How much does shipping cost?

The large number of shipments we handle each year allows us to offer some of the best rates in Europe and free delivery with very low spending thresholds.

 

How can I track my order?

You can track your order throughout its journey in your private area by logging in to the website or via the tracking link you receive by email, and contact the courier if necessary.

 

The tracking link I received is not active: why?

The link is provided to us by the courier when the shipment is accepted, but it may take a few hours for the shipment status information to be updated and visible.

 

Why is my order late?

Sometimes an order may take longer than average to arrive at its destination. There are many reasons for this, but usually the main one is logistics and transport delays due to the high number of deliveries by the courier.

 

What happens if I am not at home at the time of delivery?

Depending on the country, storage and delivery times are handled differently. In most countries, the courier will make another attempt on the next working day, then your parcel will remain in storage for a few days and you can arrange with the courier to collect it or have it delivered at a later date.

 

 

Returns and refunds

 

What can I do if I am not satisfied with my purchase?

No problem: contact our Customer Service and follow their instructions to proceed with a request. We will refund you without any charge.

 

I have not yet received my refund: why?

Refund times depend on the payment method chosen and the rules governing interbank transactions: we are often unable to speed up these times, but we remain at your disposal for any questions.
