Sun-Dried Tomatoes with Capers
Mediterranean sunshine in a jar! Ripe, home-grown tomatoes from the Roman countryside dried and bottled with capers to add a hint of salty tartness.
Serve well drained as an hors d’oeuvre or cut into thin slices to top ‘bruschetta’ or to flavour your pasta. You can also use the oil in the jar to add a Mediterranean flavour to salads.
INGREDIENTS: dried tomatoes 54%, sunflower seed oil, capers 1%, sauce (made with: aromatic herbs, extra virgin olive oil, basil) wine vinegar, salt, acidity regulator citric acid, antioxidant ascorbic acid.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: Store in a cold and dry place.
Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within a few days.
