Extra Virgin Olive Oil "Sigillo Oro"
Extra virgin olive oil, of which Italy is one of the world’s major quality producers.
Made from fresh and healthy olives pressed within 24 hours after collection, it is characterized by a low natural acidity (up to 0.4%). It is able to satisfy the most discerning palate and is ideal for traditional Mediterranean cuisine. The color is light golden yellow with green hues. The scent is delicate and persistent, the taste is harmonious and pleasantly sweet.
ORIGIN: European Union.
Superior category olive oil obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means.
