Mushroom Flavoured Tagliatelle
The distinctive taste of Autumn!
Typical Italian tagliatelle, prepared according to a traditional recipe and enriched by the delicate and characteristic flavour of Porcini mushrooms.
To further enhance their taste, add a simple authentic Italian condiment such as Extra Virgin Olive Oil or a knob of butter. When served with our Farmers’ Meat Ragù Sauce, they become a delicious first course.
INGREDIENTS: durum wheat semolina, water, dehydrated mushroom 1,3% (Boletus Edulis), mushroom flavour 1,3%, dehydrated garlic 0,4%. May contain traces of egg.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: Keep in a dry and fresh place.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Put on the fire 1 litre of water and 10 grams of salt every 100 grams of pasta.
COOKING TIME: 6 - 8 minutes ca.
