Spumante Rosé Millesimato
Sparkling wine with a bright pink colour, enhanced by purplish and pearly reflections, fine and persistent, fresh and intense, with notes of wild berries. It is a well-balanced wine with low tannins, where the fruity notes are clearly echoed on the palate.
Even its colour in the glass brings a sense of joy and lightness to any occasion. On the nose, redcurrants and raspberries alternate with hints of red rose and a touch of citrus on the finish. On the palate, it is fresh and smooth, appealing to every taste.
"Pizzicanto" Chardonnay Salento IGT
The “Pizzica” is a popular dance that animates the Salento summer: passion and sensuality. In this unique territory, the Torricella winery produces a fine and fruity White. Made from just the best Chardonnay grapes, only a limited quantity is produced.
It has a pleasant straw-yellow colour with golden highlights and intense aromas of yellow-fleshed fruit. The mouthfeel is fresh and enveloping, with delicate hints of honey to close.
LAMBRUSCO DI MODENA DOC frizzante secco
The most known sparkling red wine in Italy and Europe, due to its characteristics of pleasantness and versatility.
Intense red color with hints of a vivid purple; taste with the sparkling tone of blackberry and ripe red fruit aroma. Enveloping flavor with a pleasant balance given by the typical acidity, the structured tannin, the enveloping softness. Wine of moderate alcohol content, very pleasant.

4 Cheeses Risotto
Italian 4 Cheeses Flavoured Risotto
Ingredients : 80% parboiled rice, blend of melted cheese powder 9% (cheese, Mozzarella, Cheddar, Gouda, Blue Cheese, whey, salt), preparation of sunflower oil powder (sunflower oil, glucose syrup, milk proteins), potato starch, salt, hydrolyzed vegetable proteins, flavors, onion, yeast extract. May contain traces of : cereals containing gluten, soy, celery, eggs, crustaceans and molluscs.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: Store in a cold and dry place.
Cooking instructions: Into a 16/18 cm diameter pot pour the contents of pouch in 550 ml (18,6 fl oz) of unsalted cold water. Bring to the boil on a medium heat, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. Simmer for about 15 minutes until water is completely absorbed. Serve garnished with butter and cheese, if desired

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Put on the fire 1 litre of water and 10 grams of salt every 100 grams of pasta.
COOKING TIME: 6 - 7 minutes ca.

Made with a careful selection of top-quality maize flours and enriched with the intense flavour of black truffle, this first course is an authentic treat that pays homage to the roots of peasant cuisine. Simple to prepare and incredibly tasty, it is ideal for those looking for a quick and delicious meal. It can be combined with a wide variety of sauces and meat and vegetable preparations.
Pre-cooked maize flour 76%, melted cheese powder (cheese, whey, salt), sunflower oil powder (sunflower oil, glucose syrup, milk protein), Champignon mushrooms (Agaricus Bisporus), salt, flavours, yeast extract, black truffle granules 0.10% (Tuber aestivum Vit.).
Pesto Sauce
Our pesto is made following the best of Ligurian tradition, slowly blending together fresh basil leaves, pine nuts, walnuts, Italian hard cheeses and olive oil.
INGREDIENTS: Basil 47%, extra virgin olive oil, sunflower oil, grana padano cheese 5,4% (cows' milk, salt, rennet, preservative: lysozyme derived from egg), Pecorino cheese, potato flakes, cashew nuts, salt, pine nuts 1,6%, sugar, garlic, acidity regulator: lactic acid, glucono delta lactone.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: Store in a cold and dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within a few days.

Spaghetti made with 100% Italian durum wheat semolina
Water and high quality 100% Italian durum wheat semolina are the simple ingredients used to produce this spaghetti. The result is excellent quality pasta that is elastic and tenacious, with unmistakable aroma, colour and flavour. Try dressing it with just a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a sprinkle of Parmigiano Reggiano and you will realize that simplicity is often the key to success.

INGREDIENTS: mushrooms "Agaricus Bisporus", Olive oil, breadcrumbs, salt, black truffle "Tuber Aestivum Vitt" 1%, parsley, yeast extract, wheat starch, garlic, spices, pepper.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: Must be stored in a dry and cool place. Refrigerate after opening and use within a few days.
