Vino Rosso Biologico
A versatile wine with a beautiful bright red colour. It is full-bodied, which makes it perfect for pairing with tasty first courses and cheeses.



The nose has clean and fruity aromas, including berries and liquorice. In the mouth it is enveloping, with soft and perfectly balanced tannins.
DICASA VINO ROSSO ETICHETTA NERA
Rosso DICASA Etichetta Nera is ideal for those great and small occasions that you want to celebrate every day: a goal reached, a friend found, a kindness returned. This wine is special because it celebrates everyday life and victories: a pleasure to be enjoyed every day.



Colour: intense garnet. Bouquet: clear, with red fruits and a long persistence of aroma. Palate: broad, round, with a persistent finish. Excellent for sipping on its own, reflectively.
"Eventus" Rosso
Eventus is the pure pleasure of fine drinking and can be enjoyed alone while relaxing, or to accompany any meal, as it pairs beautifully with traditional and creative cuisines. An elegant red from a careful selection of soils best suited to cultivate the vines of the Mediterranean basin.



Deep red in colour with purple hints; obvious scents of ripe fruit and deep notes of blackberry and cherry, as well as candied fruit and jam, coming together within a bouquet of spices and vanilla. An ample, warm and rotund taste that balances perfectly with the perfect level of soft tannins and flavour. The final is long and fruity, with a pleasing aftertaste of spicy fruits.
"Rosso della Terra"
Big, robust and elegant oak-aged red wine.



Ruby red wine with hints of vanilla and mature blackberries. Rosso della Terra has a good structure and a long aftertaste thanks to the ageing in small wooden casks.
"Raggiante" Rosso
A potent red but one with rare finesse. The name reminds us of the power of the sun, which allows the Mediterranean grapes used to make it to ripen to fleshy, concentrated perfection.



Deep red in colour with a clean bouquet of ripe fruit, blackberry and violets; a full-bodied flavour that is both soft and balanced, with a harmonious aftertaste and persistent aroma.
"Andrea" Vino Rosso
Wine, for me is also the silence of the winery: for this Winemaker's Choice Rosso there were moments when only the echo of the steps filled the space between the barrels, my breath was the only soundtrack to the maturing of my wine. It takes passion. When you love what you do, it comes naturally. Sometimes it takes your breath away, it makes you experience emotions with an overwhelming intensity. I personally chose the vines for this blend, inspired by the sensations of a torrid summer inside and outside the wine cellar. I followed step by step, one wine tasting after another. When I realized that it was ready to bottled, I felt a strange feeling of jealousy, as if faced with a painful but necessary detachment. At that moment, while I was tasting the wine in the dim light, I understood that it was ready. Wine is emotion. Mine? Mine is a passion to be shared.

Like a mirror from a fairy tale, the red of the chromatic texture has purple veins and reflects the light, creating changeable and fascinating patterns. The red fruits, raspberry and marasca, emerge through a full and expressive smell: the vanilla, distant and suggestive, peeps through. On the palate it is harmonious and full-bodied, a velvety with a distinguished aftertaste. You can catch clear traces of chocolate and vanilla.
Vinification
Grapes and vines are my everyday life. I see sprouting plants, budding flowers, growing fruit, maturing and reaching the perfect moment for the harvest. At harvest time, I watch over the whole process: mine is a conductor's job, every aspect is an instrument which must play the right notes to produce the perfect harmony. Each variety has its own voice: if in the denominations certain tones are crystallized, a blend allows you to add your own, shaping a wine that has an unusual, new character. For the Andrea Vino Rosso, I chose the tools that I thought best suited to orchestrate the taste I had in mind. After the careful selection of the grapes, after fermentation, after the first time in the tank, I made the vines talk in the way I thought best, giving this red a pinch of my personality. The refinement did the rest, in the comfortable setting of the Giordano wineries. And there, this wine matured, taking on a part of me during our silent dialogues.
Tips
The search for something new is the basis of constant personal growth. We talked a lot about the Winemaker’s Choice line. We were asked to come out of the shadows, not only to put faces to those who, behind the scenes, make Giordano wines, but also to offer a personal interpretation of the wine according to each of us. This Red wants to be my business card, it is a wine which conquers me. I hope I can break through to your heart, just as it has broken through into mine.

Grissini Breadsticks
Irresistibly crisp breadsticks - the perfect accompaniment for all courses.

Modena Balsamic Vinegar i.g.p.
This multi-purpose condiment is used extensively throughout Italy as a traditional salad dressing.
INGREDIENTS: Wine vinegar, concentrate grape must, caramel color E150d. Contains Sulphites.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: Store in a cold and dry place.

Mediterranean Olive Sauce
A saucy Tuscan treat!
INGREDIENTS: Tomato pulp (80,5%), olive oil, olives (5%), capers (3%), anchovy paste 2,5% (anchovy fillets, olive oil, salt), tomato concentrate, salt, parsley, garlic, acidity regulator: lactic acid, chili pepper, pepper, origan.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: Must be stored in a dry and cool place.
Refrigerate after opening and use within a few days.

Borettane Onions in Balsamic Vinegar (baby pickled onions)
A gourmet's favourite!
INGREDIENTS: borettane onions, water, balsamic vinegar from Modena I.G.P. (10%), sugar, salt, acidity regulator: E 330, natural flavour. Contains sulfites.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: Store in a cold and dry place. Refrigerate after opening.

Maccheroni 100% Italian durum wheat semolina
The most well-known of our pasta formats, produced according to tradition exclusively using Italian durum wheat semolina. These macaroni are bronze-drawn to give the pasta the typical roughness that allows better absorption of any dressing. Try them with any of Giordano's sauces, add a sprinkling of good Parmigiano Reggiano and bring an excellent first course to your table.

Rustic Mushroom sauce
Mushrooms, tomatoes, parsley, onion and garlic. A great sauce!
INGREDIENTS: tomato, mushrooms 10% (agaricus bisporus), porcini mushrooms 8% (boletus edulis), extra virgin olive oil 5%, onion, salt, parsley, sugar.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: Store in a cold and dry place.
Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within a few days.

Fusilloni Bronze-Drawn Pasta
These giant Fusilli, according to the old tradition of pasta makers, are bronze-drawn in order to give the typical roughness to the pasta. In this way it can absorb better each kind of sauce or ragout. The high quality of the selected wheat for this production gives an exceptional durability in cooking to this artisanal pasta.
INGREDIENTS: durum wheat semolina, water.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: Keep in a cool and dry place.
COOKING TIME: 12/14 Minutes.

Peppers in Aromatic Herbs and Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Tasty snacks that will always be appreciated!
INGREDIENTS: peppers (62%), sunflower seed oil, extra virgin olive oil sauce with aromatic herbs (2%) (extra virgin olive oil, black pepper, aromatic herbs) wine vinegar, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: Store in a cold and dry place. Refrigerate after opening.

Crema Gianduia
Crema Gianduja, a gluttony which is hard to resist! Excellent as a filling for homemade desserts, it is also perfect to spread on bread for an energy boost breakfast. Gianduja Cream is made with selected ingredients and does not contain palm oil. A delicious pleasure to spoil yourself with, a tasty embrace to accompany a sip of Moscato d'Asti DOCG and a fragrant Maize Macaroons.
INGREDIENTS: Sugar, hazelnuts 30%, vegetable oils and fats (sunflower and cocoa butter), cocoa powder 7%, powdered milk, lactose, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla flavour. May contain traces of soy and other nuts.

Maize Macaroons
Speciality handmade biscuits from the Piedmont region.
INGREDIENTI: wheat flour, vegetable fats (non-hydrogenated soybean and/or sunflower and palm oils, water, emulsifier: E471, salt, flavorings, acidity regulator: E330), maize flour, sugar, eggs, glucose-fructose syrup, raising agents (ammonium bicarbonate, E450i, E500ii, wheat starch), salt, flavorings May contain traces of almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios, cashews, milk.
