In the glass, it offers a yellow straw colour, with slight greenish reflections. The perfume has echoes of flowers and fruit, with clear sensations of acacia and pear. On tasting, it is light and fresh, pleasant and lively.
A white wine with unusual characteristics and ancient tradition, Grillo Sicilia DOC is fragrant and full-bodied. It is particularly important in the production of Marsala, Grillo is vinified by the homonymous grape, a heritage of Sicilian wine making.

A classic dry white from the delightful area of Soave in the province of Verona. It is made exclusively from Garganega grapes.
Straw yellow in colour tending at times to appear slightly greenish. The Garganea grapes in this Soave create a floral nose with hints of apple and lavender. This is a well-balanced and harmonious wine with just the right amount of acidity.

The vinification involves immediate separation of the skins from the must, followed by fermentation at very low controlled temperature, to preserve its freshness and aroma. The name, Eventus emphasises the unique and rare characteristics of this wine.
