MIVITA HUGO COCKTAIL
It is one of the world's most famous wine cocktails, very popular in Northeast Italy, Austria, Germany and Switzerland. Its elderflower aroma is unmistakable, its thirst-quenching freshness is irresistible and it immediately brings a taste of summer and holidays. In this original ready to drink formula it is a light, smooth aperitif, perfect to share in a happy hour with friends.
Drink it cold, with a few ice cubes and two mint leaves.
"Raggiante" Rosato
It is produced from red grapes, cultivated in the sunny coasts of the Mediterranean Sea. The climate is perfect, mild and windy. It guarantees a perfect maturation: we choose carefully the best time for harvesting and the best method for vinification. In this way we obtain this excellent wine with a passionate character.
Faint pink colour, light and delicated. Soft and elegant taste with a significant balance; typical fragrance of grapes. It is easy to drink.
"Onice"
ONICE is a new way of enjoying bubbles: fresh, soft and fruity, this is the ideal wine share at times of celebration. What makes this sparkling wine special? Add a few ice cubes to the glass to make it even more exciting. ONICE is a burst of taste and energy; it gracefully accompanies appetizers and toasts on special occasions.
Straw yellow colour, clear and bright. The light draws green reflections of pleasant, diffused intensity The bouquet is delicate, ample, with echoes of fruit. On the palate, notes of white pulp fruit stand out: pear and apple above all. The perlage is caressing, lively and electrifying.

The Exclusive Rose Gold Label IGT Puglia is a delicate rosé, fresh and full of expressive aromas. We make it in our cellars in Torricella, in the heart of the where Apulian wine tradition lies. The result of careful vinification, the Exclusive Rosé Gold Label fully reflects our idea of local wine: a strongly characterized product, an exceptional journey for your senses to discover Salento’s most authentic notes. A jewel which will amaze you: the result of a job done with the heart by expert hands.
With a beautiful pale pink color, with clean golden reflections. The taste is intense and persistent: pleasant hints of freshly-brewed grapes, black cherries and a final note of wild violets. On the palate, it offers a soft and harmonious structure, with a fruity vein which is worth mentioning, alongside a long and pleasantly bitter finish.
Curious fact
The IGT demonination is a young name in terms of time (it was introduced in 1992), but it has a series of specific territorial features of wines with a consolidated tradition. Tradition that, at the table, offers us the exquisite flavours of the past: delicious, unique and full of evocative notes. This is the case of the Exclusive Gold Label Rosato IGT Puglia. BIANCO TERRE SICILIANE IGT
Produced from selected Sicilian grapes, Bianco Terre Siciliane IGT is a fresh and inviting wine. Characterized by intense Mediterranean fragrances, it has a good structure and inebriating aromatic touches. Vinified in accordance with tradition, this wine convinces with its cleanliness and balance. The Terre Siciliane Giordano line is enriched with a new, refined protagonist.
Luminous yellow in appearance, with golden lights. Wide olfactory profile: hints ranging from fruit (peach and apricot) to citrus flowers and evoking mint and sage at the same time. Full flavour, enveloping and balanced; a fresh acidity in the finish gives an extra touch, a prelude to an accentuated persistence that recalls delicate hints of aromatic herbs.
"Ca' Merletto" Bianco Veneto Igt
Ca’ Merletto Bianco ("White Lace") IGT Veneto embodies the pleasure of a fresh and inviting wine, with all the grace of its marvellous region. Vinified with meticulous care, it brings to any tasting a wide and always stimulating set of aromas; just like the laces of Venice, made with the expertise of a skilled artisan, this wine demonstrates the elegant touch of our Wine Makers, as they gracefully write an important page in the great book of Italian wine.
To the eye it shows a pale straw yellow colour with greenish highlights, bearing witness to its freshness and youth. It has accentuated floral notes, which characterise a bouquet of great expressive amplitude: hints of white fruit, apple and pear stand out. Easy to drink, it yields a fresh and intense taste. Harmonious, with a perfect balance of subtle nuances of taste, Ca’ Merletto Bianco IGT Veneto is a wine of absolute finesse, supremely elegant and always enjoyable to drink.
"Collection" Bianco Castelli Romani DOC
A well-known denomination, Castelli Romani Giordano is a DOC that enriches the catalogue and expands the range of Italy's best wines. Malvasia and Trebbiano are the heart of this delicate and aromatic wine that is perfect for accompanying appetizers and delicate dishes. While Castelli Romani DOC is an excellent white to have at the table every day, it also expresses the multifaceted traits of special wine called for on the most important occasions.
Castelli Romani DOC graces the chalice with a beautiful straw yellow colour whose streaks oscillate between bright gold and warm bronze. The wine's nose is tinged with fruity notes, especially hints of fresh fruit. Its aromatic persistence makes for a satisfying taste that is delicately soft and dry.
Black Olive Patè
Made exclusively for Giordano from finely ground black olives, this patè has a truly distinctive taste.
INGREDIENTS: black olives 96%, extra virgin olive oil, salt, acidity regulator: lactic acid.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: Store in a cold and dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within a few days.

Italian 4 Cheeses Flavoured Risotto
Ingredients : 80% parboiled rice, blend of melted cheese powder 9% (cheese, Mozzarella, Cheddar, Gouda, Blue Cheese, whey, salt), preparation of sunflower oil powder (sunflower oil, glucose syrup, milk proteins), potato starch, salt, hydrolyzed vegetable proteins, flavors, onion, yeast extract. May contain traces of : cereals containing gluten, soy, celery, eggs, crustaceans and molluscs.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: Store in a cold and dry place.
Cooking instructions: Into a 16/18 cm diameter pot pour the contents of pouch in 550 ml (18,6 fl oz) of unsalted cold water. Bring to the boil on a medium heat, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. Simmer for about 15 minutes until water is completely absorbed. Serve garnished with butter and cheese, if desired

Cantucci Toscani IGP with almonds are a delicious Tuscan gift to be served at the end of a meal with fortified wine, ice cream or coffee.
INGREDIENTS: wheat flour, sugar, almonds, eggs, egg yolk, butter (cream), reduced fat milk, honey, ammonium bicarbonate (leavening), vanillin (artificial flavor), salt. Contains wheat, almonds, eggs and milk.

Sun-Dried Tomatoes with Capers
Mediterranean sunshine in a jar! Ripe, home-grown tomatoes from the Roman countryside dried and bottled with capers to add a hint of salty tartness.
INGREDIENTS: dried tomatoes 54%, sunflower seed oil, capers 1%, sauce (made with: aromatic herbs, extra virgin olive oil, basil) wine vinegar, salt, acidity regulator citric acid, antioxidant ascorbic acid.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: Store in a cold and dry place.

Grilled Vegetables Bruschetta
The firmest and juiciest vegetables are harvested at the height of the season; grilled, sliced and dipped in a delicious sauce made with olive oil, spices and garden herbs. It is an old traditional country recipe served as appetizer accompanied with toasted bread.
