Mushroom and Truffle Cream
A delicious 'Funghi' cream!
Button mushrooms with black truffle together in a delicious cream you can spread on croutons and canapés. Ideal as a sauce with tagliatelle and risotti; great to enhance your poultry dishes as well.
INGREDIENTS: cultivated mushrooms "Agaricus Bisporus" 80%, Olive oil, breadcrumb (wheat flour, yeast, salt), salt, black truffle "Tuber Aestivum Vitt" 1%, parsley, yeast extract, wheat starch, garlic, flavouring, pepper.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: Store in a cold and dry place. Refrigerate after opening.
