"Dicasa" Bianco

Castelli Romani DOC Bianco Collection
A well-known denomination, Castelli Romani Giordano is a DOC that enriches the catalogue and expands the range of Italy's best wines. Malvasia and Trebbiano are the heart of this delicate and aromatic wine that is perfect for accompanying appetizers and delicate dishes. While Castelli Romani DOC is an excellent white to have at the table every day, it also expresses the multifaceted traits of special wine called for on the most important occasions.



Castelli Romani DOC graces the chalice with a beautiful straw yellow colour whose streaks oscillate between bright gold and warm bronze. The wine's nose is tinged with fruity notes, especially hints of fresh fruit. Its aromatic persistence makes for a satisfying taste that is delicately soft and dry.
Provobis
Our expert wine makers choose the right moment for the harvest in order to maintain the balance of original flavours. The result is a delicately sparkling wine with hints of lime flowers.



Light yellow in colour with greenish shades, Provobis has a fine and persistent mousse. Floral with hints of lime flowers, its delicate and intense aroma is offset by a fresh, balanced and aromatic taste.
"Eventus" Bianco
A modern wine studied at length by the master winemakers at Giordano to satisfy the most discerning tasters. It is obtained with the best white grapes, grown in the most suitable areas. The vinification involves immediate separation of the skins from the must, followed by fermentation at very low controlled temperature, to preserve its freshness and aroma. The name, Eventus emphasises the unique and rare characteristics of this wine.



Golden, straw yellow with greenish hints, and an elegant, floral bouquet with notes of exotic fruits and green apple. A stupendously pure bouquet. This is one of the most fragrant, fruity wines made at Giordano. A soft, balanced flavour with hints of yellow apple, pear and grapefruit.
"Raggiante" Bianco
Elegant white with a good body, created from a mix of different “cuvees” assembled in the Giordano Wineries. The name comes from the sun’s rays that are particularly intense in the Mediterranean areas in which its grapes are grown.



Golden colour with bright, lively reflections; an outstanding bouquet, with a fresh floral fragrance that is intense and fruity, with hints of apple, and a body with great density and an appealingly harmonious softness.
"Loris" Vino Rosato
Dedicated to all those who look sideways at any wine that is not red, and to those who will say yes to white, but absolutely, just one glass. My solution is Loris Vino Rosé. Immediately, you can see that the colour isn't the sinful product of boredom. This is a wine that brings together many images: of air full of summer scents, of flowers and a pleasant evening breeze that ruffles your hair and thoughts. There are no pretences, no lies, nor promises that turn out to be just empty words. Pour a glass and listen to the story that it tells you. Bit by bit, it will break down your resistance. It will be the wine that you will uncork at every aperitif!

INGREDIENTS: wheat flour, olive oil 8%, brewer's yeast, malt, salt.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: Keep in a cool and dry place.

4 Cheeses Risotto
Italian 4 Cheeses Flavoured Risotto
Ingredients : 80% parboiled rice, blend of melted cheese powder 9% (cheese, Mozzarella, Cheddar, Gouda, Blue Cheese, whey, salt), preparation of sunflower oil powder (sunflower oil, glucose syrup, milk proteins), potato starch, salt, hydrolyzed vegetable proteins, flavors, onion, yeast extract. May contain traces of : cereals containing gluten, soy, celery, eggs, crustaceans and molluscs.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: Store in a cold and dry place.
Cooking instructions: Into a 16/18 cm diameter pot pour the contents of pouch in 550 ml (18,6 fl oz) of unsalted cold water. Bring to the boil on a medium heat, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. Simmer for about 15 minutes until water is completely absorbed. Serve garnished with butter and cheese, if desired

Peaches in Orange Syrup
Delicious Italian peaches in an orange syrup.
INGREDIENTS: peaches, water, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, orange juice (8%), acidity regulator: citric acid, antioxidant: ascorbic acid.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: Must be stored in a dry and cool place. Refrigerate after opening and use within a few days.

Traditional "Tajarin" Egg Noodles
A delicious egg tagliatelle (Tajarin) to make your mouth water!
INGREDIENTS: durum wheat semolina, eggs 20%, water.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: Store in a cold and dry place.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Put on the fire 1 litre of water and 10 grams of salt every 100 grams of pasta.
COOKING TIME: 6 - 7 minutes ca.

Cantucci biscuits IGP
Cantucci Toscani IGP with almonds are a delicious Tuscan gift to be served at the end of a meal with fortified wine, ice cream or coffee.
INGREDIENTS: wheat flour, sugar, almonds, eggs, egg yolk, butter (cream), reduced fat milk, honey, ammonium bicarbonate (leavening), vanillin (artificial flavor), salt. Contains wheat, almonds, eggs and milk.
Manufactured in a facility that processes peanuts and other tree nuts.

Fusilli Tri-coloured Pasta

INGREDIENTS: durum wheat semolina, water, dehydrated basil (2,5%), dehydrated tomato (1,5%).

COOKING TIME: 5/7 Minutes.

Amatriciana Sauce
A delicious and typical Italian tomato-based pasta sauce.
INGREDIENTS: tomato pulp (57%), smoked bacon 18% (swine bacon, salt, flavourings, spices, preservatives E250-E252, antioxidizer E301), pork, white wine, Sunflower oil, beef (3%) onion, salt, sugar, wheat starch, garlic, acidity corrector E 270, pepper.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: Store in a cold and dry place.
Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within a few days.

Modena Balsamic Vinegar i.g.p.
This multi-purpose condiment is used extensively throughout Italy as a traditional salad dressing.
INGREDIENTS: Wine vinegar, concentrate grape must, caramel color E150d. Contains Sulphites.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: Store in a cold and dry place.

Borettane Onions in Balsamic Vinegar (baby pickled onions)
A gourmet's favourite!
INGREDIENTS: borettane onions, water, balsamic vinegar from Modena I.G.P. (10%), sugar, salt, acidity regulator: E 330, natural flavour. Contains sulfites.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: Store in a cold and dry place. Refrigerate after opening.

Rustic Mushroom sauce
Mushrooms, tomatoes, parsley, onion and garlic. A great sauce!
INGREDIENTS: tomato, mushrooms 10% (agaricus bisporus), porcini mushrooms 8% (boletus edulis), extra virgin olive oil 5%, onion, salt, parsley, sugar.
