Roast Pork Shank
Classic winter meat offering!
Fleshy, soft and juicy pork is flavoured by three herbs to create a delicate meat dish. Perfect with roast potatoes and vegetables.
INGREDIENTS: pork meat, salt, spices, natural flavourings. GLUTEN FREE.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: Store in a cold and dry place.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Immerse the sealed pocket in boiling water and allow it to simmer for 10 minutes. Take it out of water, cut a corner of the packet and drain out the liquid from the inside. Put the Stinco into a pan, do not add salt, and serve piping hot. We suggest to complete the cooking in oven (8 minutes at 220°C) to get a crisp crust.
