Pesto alla Siciliana
A creamy and delicate pesto that combines traditional ricotta cheese with the typical fruits of our beautiful Sicily: tomatoes, basil, walnuts and cashews enriched by a pinch of red pepper.
It's a perfect seasoning for all kinds of pasta, but combined with our Maccheroni ai 5 sapori or the Fusilli tricolore will captivate you and your guests.
INGREDIENTS: Sunflower oil, chopped tomatoes, fresh ricotta 8% (serum from pasteurized cow's milk, pasteurized cow's milk, salt, lactic acid), double concentrated tomato paste, glucose syrup, cashew nuts, Grana Padano DOP (milk, salt, rennet, contains lysozyme from egg) basil 3.2%, 2.5% nuts, salt, extra virgin olive oil, sugar, starch, acidity corrector: lactic acid, garlic, origano, antioxidants: sodium ascorbate, acid ascorbic, chili powder, natural rosemary extract.
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened it will keep in the fridge for a few days.
