Created from Chardonnay grapes grown at a high altitude, this wine has the elegance and character of the great mountain wines. A straw-yellow colour with greenish reflections, fresh and snappy taste with fruity and mineral notes: a modern classic, based on the highest artisan tradition of the Trentino valleys. A novelty which should be cooled immediately.
On the nose you immediately smell golden apple, pineapple and white flowers, then aromatic herbs. In the mouth it is always pleasantly fresh, fruity, with a persistence which gives you a long and satisfying finish.
Food Matches Perfect from the appetiser to the fish course, it goes very well with a local classic: strangolapreti with butter and sage. Discover your perfect pairing.
