Characteristics

Luminous yellow in appearance, with golden lights. Wide olfactory profile: hints ranging from fruit (peach and apricot) to citrus flowers and evoking mint and sage at the same time. Full flavour, enveloping and balanced; a fresh acidity in the finish gives an extra touch, a prelude to an accentuated persistence that recalls delicate hints of aromatic herbs.
