Castelli Romani Bianco DOC
A well-known denomination, Castelli Romani Giordano is a DOC that enriches the catalogue and expands the range of Italy's best wines. Malvasia and Trebbiano are the heart of this delicate and aromatic wine that is perfect for accompanying appetizers and delicate dishes. While Castelli Romani DOC is an excellent white to have at the table every day, it also expresses the multifaceted traits of special wine called for on the most important occasions.
Castelli Romani DOC graces the chalice with a beautiful straw yellow colour whose streaks oscillate between bright gold and warm bronze. The wine's nose is tinged with fruity notes, especially hints of fresh fruit. Its aromatic persistence makes for a satisfying taste that is delicately soft and dry.
Chardonnay Piemonte DOC
Chardonnay, the most famous white grape variety in the world, has found in the hills of Piedmont the ideal place to express its characteristics to the full. From this territory comes a wine of great flavour with austere and enveloping notes. Straw-yellow colour with golden highlights; a refined and elegant bouquet. Full and substantial on the palate. Excellent as an aperitif, with cold appetisers and fish dishes. Serve at 8-10 °C
To the eye it shows an intense straw-yellow colour. On the nose there are fruity hints of pear, peach and pineapple, with notes of honey and vanilla on the finish. On the palate it is fresh, with a pleasant acidic component and good softness.
Chianti DOCG Riserva Selvato
The Chianti is defined as "Riserva" only after a 24-month-aging in wooden barrels and a refinement in bottles for another 3 months. This allows the wine to evolve and mature completely, so that it can be appreciated when harmoniously accomplished in its development.
It has a red color with garnet reflections. The bouquet is intense and delicate with floral notes of violets, wild berries and vanilla. On the palate it is harmonious and elegant with good structure.
Sangiovese Primitivo Puglia IGT Collection
The strength of Primitivo meets the elegance of Sangiovese: the Sangiovese Primitivo Puglia IGT Collection is a red wine with rare finesse. It is vinified in Torricella by our team of passionate oenologists. This wine is characterized by a slight complexity and encloses the potential of two great vines. Brilliant red in color with a purple rim, Sangiovese has an intriguing red fruit aroma with a hint of violet. It is a medium bodied wine, extremely easy to drink thanks to its dry harmonious taste, very soft tannins which perfectly match its low acidity. The finish is long-lasting and pleasant.
Rosato Primitivo Puglia IGT
A refreshingly fragrant dry rosè wine, ideal as an aperitif or with light antipasta dishes. This wine expresses well the fragrances of a land where winemaking is very important.
