"Doraluna" Bianco
A dry sparkling wine with natural exuberance, the Doraluna white is that touch of effervescence you do not expect. A perfect accompaniment for a variety of dishes, and amazing with appetizers, this wine has an elegant and balanced tone that makes it perfect for raising a glass on special occasions as well.
Straw-coloured, it has a fine perlage that creates dense and pleasant foam. Its olfactory profile is aromatic, characterized by an ample range of floral scents (above all linden). Elegant to the taste, the Doraluna white is pleasantly fresh, lively, harmonious and balanced.
"Rosso della Terra"
Big, robust and elegant oak-aged red wine.
Ruby red wine with hints of vanilla and mature blackberries. Rosso della Terra has a good structure and a long aftertaste thanks to the ageing in small wooden casks.
"Collection" Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOC
Ruby red wine from the classic Montepulciano d’Abruzzo grapes, cultivated in a narrow hilly district between the Adriatic Sea and the Appennine Mountains.
Deep red color with admirable purple hues. Complex aroma with hints of ripe fruit, cherry and cocoa. A wine of great complexity and considerable thickness, with hints of ripe cherry and peppery notes on the final. Very soft and well structured.
Pinot Grigio delle Venezie DOC
A wine of great appeal, produced exclusively by Pinot Grigio grapes, highly appreciated in Italy and abroad.
Straw-colored, rich and fruity bouquet with slightly aromatic notes and hints of fruit, particularly of green apple. On the palate it is harmonious and soft with an aftertaste reminding almonds.

The Exclusive Rose Gold Label IGT Puglia is a delicate rosé, fresh and full of expressive aromas. We make it in our cellars in Torricella, in the heart of the where Apulian wine tradition lies. The result of careful vinification, the Exclusive Rosé Gold Label fully reflects our idea of local wine: a strongly characterized product, an exceptional journey for your senses to discover Salento’s most authentic notes. A jewel which will amaze you: the result of a job done with the heart by expert hands.
With a beautiful pale pink color, with clean golden reflections. The taste is intense and persistent: pleasant hints of freshly-brewed grapes, black cherries and a final note of wild violets. On the palate, it offers a soft and harmonious structure, with a fruity vein which is worth mentioning, alongside a long and pleasantly bitter finish.
Curious fact
The IGT demonination is a young name in terms of time (it was introduced in 1992), but it has a series of specific territorial features of wines with a consolidated tradition. Tradition that, at the table, offers us the exquisite flavours of the past: delicious, unique and full of evocative notes. This is the case of the Exclusive Gold Label Rosato IGT Puglia. An enological heritage, which is the fruit of experience and a constant search for quality, from the vineyard to the glass.
Chardonnay Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT
Created from Chardonnay grapes grown at a high altitude, this wine has the elegance and character of the great mountain wines. A straw-yellow colour with greenish reflections, fresh and snappy taste with fruity and mineral notes: a modern classic, based on the highest artisan tradition of the Trentino valleys. A novelty which should be cooled immediately.
On the nose you immediately smell golden apple, pineapple and white flowers, then aromatic herbs. In the mouth it is always pleasantly fresh, fruity, with a persistence which gives you a long and satisfying finish.
Cantucci biscuits IGP
Cantucci Toscani IGP with almonds are a delicious Tuscan gift to be served at the end of a meal with fortified wine, ice cream or coffee.
INGREDIENTS: wheat flour, sugar, almonds, eggs, egg yolk, butter (cream), reduced fat milk, honey, ammonium bicarbonate (leavening), vanillin (artificial flavor), salt. Contains wheat, almonds, eggs and milk.
Manufactured in a facility that processes peanuts and other tree nuts.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: Store in a cold and dry place.
Mediterranean Olive Sauce
A saucy Tuscan treat!
INGREDIENTS: Tomato pulp (80,5%), olive oil, olives (5%), capers (3%), anchovy paste 2,5% (anchovy fillets, olive oil, salt), tomato concentrate, salt, parsley, garlic, acidity regulator: lactic acid, chili pepper, pepper, origan.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: Must be stored in a dry and cool place.
Refrigerate after opening and use within a few days.
Fusilloni Bronze-Drawn Pasta
These giant Fusilli, according to the old tradition of pasta makers, are bronze-drawn in order to give the typical roughness to the pasta. In this way it can absorb better each kind of sauce or ragout. The high quality of the selected wheat for this production gives an exceptional durability in cooking to this artisanal pasta.
INGREDIENTS: durum wheat semolina, water.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: Keep in a cool and dry place.
COOKING TIME: 12/14 Minutes.
Sun-Dried Tomatoes with Capers
Mediterranean sunshine in a jar! Ripe, home-grown tomatoes from the Roman countryside dried and bottled with capers to add a hint of salty tartness.
INGREDIENTS: dried tomatoes 54%, sunflower seed oil, capers 1%, sauce (made with: aromatic herbs, extra virgin olive oil, basil) wine vinegar, salt, acidity regulator citric acid, antioxidant ascorbic acid.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: Store in a cold and dry place.
Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within a few days.
