Grappa di Nebbiolo

Obtained from the fine pomace of Nebbiolo grapes grown in Piedmont. Distilled with traditional methods in a continuous steam still, after ageing it is amber yellow in colour with clear aromas of vanilla, peat, leather and balsamic herbs. Harmonious, full flavour, with development of spices and cinnamon.
