The dance of Pizzicanto begins at harvest time, with the meticulous selection of the grapes, and continues in the winery, respecting tradition while embracing the most modern techniques.

The ageing process is completed with a period of rest in wood: a silent sleep, far removed from the clamour and energy of the Pizzica. Yet within that sleep shine dreams of surging waves and dances just a few steps from the sea, of fiery sunsets and rose-fingered dawns… Evocative sensations sealed inside the bottle, ready to come alive with the very first sip.
