Characteristics

Intense red wine produced exclusively with Primitivo grapes, with hints of black currant and blackberry on the nose and a mix of prunes in syrup, wild berries, chocolate and vanilla on the palate. The well-orchestrated tannic texture allows this fruit explosion to persist for a long time in the finish.

Vinification

Winemaking technique is characterized by a long skin maceration, then, the must undergoes the fermentation process in steel tanks at a controlled temperature (24°- 26°C). The wine is refined in barrique for a few months.
