Traditional "Tajarin" Egg Noodles
A delicious egg tagliatelle (Tajarin) to make your mouth water!
INGREDIENTS: durum wheat semolina, eggs 20%, water.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: Store in a cold and dry place.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Put on the fire 1 litre of water and 10 grams of salt every 100 grams of pasta.
COOKING TIME: 6 - 7 minutes ca.
Rustic Mushroom sauce
Mushrooms, tomatoes, parsley, onion and garlic. A great sauce!
INGREDIENTS: tomato, mushrooms 10% (agaricus bisporus), porcini mushrooms 8% (boletus edulis), extra virgin olive oil 5%, onion, salt, parsley, sugar.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: Store in a cold and dry place.
Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within a few days.
Panettone Tradizionale
Authentic Italian Christmas Cake.
INGREDIENTS: wheat flour type "550", sultanas, hazelnut glaze 12% (sugar, fresh proteins, hazelnuts 18%, equal to 2% of the final product, rice starch, rice flour), butter, sugar, candied peel of citrus fruits (orangeate and citronate, glucose fructose Syrup, sugar), fresh yolks, natural yeast (wheat flour, water), almonds 1.5%, invert sugar syrup, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, fresh and pasteurized whole milk, natural flavours. It may contain traces of soy.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: To keep this product at its best store in the original packaging in a cool, dry place avoiding exposure to the sun. For best results keep the Panettone at room temperature 6-8 hours before consuming.
