Les Citadelles du Vin

“Citadelles du vin” is a prestigious wine competition, which is organized under the patronage of the OIV and dedicated to all wine lovers, including growers, tasters, consumers, distributors. The aim of the competition is to elect the best wines out of 800 samples coming from about 30 countries.

All samples have been judged in Bourg (Bordeaux-France) from 25th to 27th May by a panel of 40 top level tasters from all over the world.

The contest has now attained a significant level of samples and international recognition (70% of foreign wines), making The Citadelles du Vin one of the key competitions of the world.

For all these reasons we are very proud to to inform you that our Barbera d’Asti DOCG 2011 “Maestri Italiani” has been awarded with the Silver Medal.

The award ceremony and the promotion of the prize winning wines will take place during Vinexpo, the very influential international wine and spirit exhibition held in Bordeaux from 16th to 20th June 2013.
