"Raggiante" Rosso
A potent red but one with rare finesse. The name reminds us of the power of the sun, which allows the Mediterranean grapes used to make it to ripen to fleshy, concentrated perfection.
Deep red in colour with a clean bouquet of ripe fruit, blackberry and violets; a full-bodied flavour that is both soft and balanced, with a harmonious aftertaste and persistent aroma.
"Dicasa Etichetta Nera" Vino Rosso
Rosso DICASA Etichetta Nera is ideal for those great and small occasions that you want to celebrate every day: a goal reached, a friend found, a kindness returned. This wine is special because it celebrates everyday life and victories: a pleasure to be enjoyed every day.
Colour: intense garnet. Bouquet: clear, with red fruits and a long persistence of aroma. Palate: broad, round, with a persistent finish. Excellent for sipping on its own, reflectively.
"Andrea" Vino Rosso
Wine, for me is also the silence of the winery: for this Winemaker's Choice Rosso there were moments when only the echo of the steps filled the space between the barrels, my breath was the only soundtrack to the maturing of my wine. It takes passion. When you love what you do, it comes naturally. Sometimes it takes your breath away, it makes you experience emotions with an overwhelming intensity. I personally chose the vines for this blend, inspired by the sensations of a torrid summer inside and outside the wine cellar. I followed step by step, one wine tasting after another. When I realized that it was ready to bottled, I felt a strange feeling of jealousy, as if faced with a painful but necessary detachment. At that moment, while I was tasting the wine in the dim light, I understood that it was ready. Wine is emotion. Mine? Mine is a passion to be shared.
Andrea, Wine Maker Giordano
Like a mirror from a fairy tale, the red of the chromatic texture has purple veins and reflects the light, creating changeable and fascinating patterns. The red fruits, raspberry and marasca, emerge through a full and expressive smell: the vanilla, distant and suggestive, peeps through. On the palate it is harmonious and full-bodied, a velvety with a distinguished aftertaste. You can catch clear traces of chocolate and vanilla.
Vinification
Grapes and vines are my everyday life. I see sprouting plants, budding flowers, growing fruit, maturing and reaching the perfect moment for the harvest. At harvest time, I watch over the whole process: mine is a conductor's job, every aspect is an instrument which must play the right notes to produce the perfect harmony. Each variety has its own voice: if in the denominations certain tones are crystallized, a blend allows you to add your own, shaping a wine that has an unusual, new character. For the Andrea Vino Rosso, I chose the tools that I thought best suited to orchestrate the taste I had in mind. After the careful selection of the grapes, after fermentation, after the first time in the tank, I made the vines talk in the way I thought best, giving this red a pinch of my personality. The refinement did the rest, in the comfortable setting of the Giordano wineries. And there, this wine matured, taking on a part of me during our silent dialogues.
Tips
The search for something new is the basis of constant personal growth. We talked a lot about the Winemaker’s Choice line. We were asked to come out of the shadows, not only to put faces to those who, behind the scenes, make Giordano wines, but also to offer a personal interpretation of the wine according to each of us. This Red wants to be my business card, it is a wine which conquers me. I hope I can break through to your heart, just as it has broken through into mine.
"Rosso della Terra"
Big, robust and elegant oak-aged red wine.
Ruby red wine with hints of vanilla and mature blackberries. Rosso della Terra has a good structure and a long aftertaste thanks to the ageing in small wooden casks.
"Esclusivo Etichetta Oro" Rosso Puglia IGT
A prestigious red made with red grapes from Salento and vinified with the utmost care and attention, as well as maximum respect for oenological practices. The care behind the period of ageing in oak casks at the Giordano Wineries gives it the “Exclusive” character that is behind its name.
A full red with amaranth reflections; an intense, exclusive bouquet with well-defined notes of vanilla and leather, typical of raised oak. To the palate it is full bodied and with excellent structure. Remarkably harmonious, in spite of its impressive tannin.
BARDOLINO DOC
A dry red wine with a pleasant minerality, bestowed by the calcareous soils bordering Lake Garda, on which its grapes ripen: Corvina Veronese, Rondinella and Molinara. A versatile and straightforward wine, easy to drink.
In the glass it has a bright red colour with violet highlights. On the nose it is intense and perfumed, with floral notes predominating, among which those of violets stand out. Velvety, soft mouthfeel.
Primitivo Puglia IGT
Great red wine from Apulia, refined and elegant, result of a careful research of the best Primitivo grapes.
Deep red color with dark reflections. Intense bouquet of ripe fruit, with strong hints of dried figs.
CABERNET SAUVIGNON ITALIA
The international vine Cabernet Sauvignon finds the perfect habitat in fertile sandy soils. The modern vinification fully respects the tradition and the low temperature contributes the preservation of the aromas of the grapes.
Intense characteristic blackcurrant flavours and hints of violet, pepper and spices.
LAMBRUSCO DI MODENA DOC frizzante amabile
The most known sparkling red wine in Italy and Europe, due to its characteristics of pleasantness and versatility.
Intense red color with hints of a vivid purple; taste with the sparkling tone of blackberry and ripe red fruit aroma. Enveloping flavor with a pleasant balance given by the typical acidity, the structured tannin, the enveloping softness. Wine of moderate alcohol content, very pleasant.
Homemade Trottole
Discover the delicious 250 g Trottole Caserecce, made with 100% Italian durum wheat semolina. This pasta, made with passion according to artisan tradition, is bronze drawn to obtain that rough texture perfect for capturing the flavours of sauces. Try it with one of our Giordano sauces and a little Parmigiano Reggiano for a really tasty first course. Enjoy!
Cantucci biscuits IGP
Cantucci Toscani IGP with almonds are a delicious Tuscan gift to be served at the end of a meal with fortified wine, ice cream or coffee.
INGREDIENTS: wheat flour, sugar, almonds, eggs, egg yolk, butter (cream), reduced fat milk, honey, ammonium bicarbonate (leavening), vanillin (artificial flavor), salt. Contains wheat, almonds, eggs and milk.
Manufactured in a facility that processes peanuts and other tree nuts.

Modena Balsamic Vinegar i.g.p.
This multi-purpose condiment is used extensively throughout Italy as a traditional salad dressing.
INGREDIENTS: Wine vinegar, concentrate grape must, caramel color E150d. Contains Sulphites.

Artichoke Cream
Real Mediterranean taste in a rich, creamy sauce.
INGREDIENTS: artichokes (70%), sunflower oil, mustard (wine vinegar, mustard seeds, rice flour, salt, sugar, spices), wine vinegar, salt, yeast extract, acidity corrector citric acid. Contains sulfites.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: Must be stored in a dry and cool place.
Refrigerate after opening and use within a few days.
Grilled Vegetables Bruschetta
The firmest and juiciest vegetables are harvested at the height of the season; grilled, sliced and dipped in a delicious sauce made with olive oil, spices and garden herbs. It is an old traditional country recipe served as appetizer accompanied with toasted bread.
