It has a pleasant straw-yellow colour with golden highlights and intense aromas of yellow-fleshed fruit. The mouthfeel is fresh and enveloping, with delicate hints of honey to close.

Straw-colored, rich and fruity bouquet with slightly aromatic notes and hints of fruit, particularly of green apple. On the palate it is harmonious and soft with an aftertaste reminding almonds.

Ruby red colour with marked highlights; a rich bouquet with notes of matured and dry fruit, dried plums. Harmonious, balanced flavour with right acidity and a plaesant bitter aftertaste.

Old method, irresistible flavour

The grapes are vinified using a drying technique that produces a denser must, within which the aromatics reach very high concentrations. The colour becomes darker and impenetrable to the gaze; it is the scent that drives one to further discover the characteristics of the must: full and harmonious, suggesting the full potential of the wine to come. In the winecellar, one can breathe the energy of the Appassimento: eager, sensual and full of promise.

Strong character, unforgettable personality, harmony and an unexpected delicacy, that on tasting provides all the sensory balance of a Primitivo without the harsh traits that can sometimes characterise it. The Appassimento Rosso Puglia IGT gives off overwhelming fruit aromas, mature and dry with clear notes of plum. It is full bodied and decisive, enveloping and mature in character. In short, upon further resting, this masterpiece takes on further intense characteristics that will long remain imprinted upon the memory. Not just any wine but a unique sensory experience. A perfect pleasure to accompany traditional dishes, or for sociable and relaxing occasions.

In the glass, it offers a yellow straw colour, with slight greenish reflections. The perfume has echoes of flowers and fruit, with clear sensations of acacia and pear. On tasting, it is light and fresh, pleasant and lively.

In the glass it has a bright red colour with violet highlights. On the nose it is intense and perfumed, with floral notes predominating, among which those of violets stand out. Velvety, soft mouthfeel.

Ruby red colour with orange hues, it reveals a clean floral bouquet with oak, red berry fruit and hints of vanilla. It has a warm and harmonious taste and it is very rich in the mouth and it has a good long-lasting finish with notes of dark Morello cherry.

Straw yellow with verdant reflections, it opens to the nose to very clear hints of white flowers, and then leaves room for white-fleshed fruit. On the palate it is moderately intense, with good persistence and a finish that confirms the olfactory sensations it offers.A fine white in all its aspects, pleasant and versatile.

Pizzicanto plays a game of glances: the Salento IGT Primitivo Rosato reveals itself in the glass, wearing a bright, intense and brilliant pink. The bouquet collects and enhances the olfactory notes characteristic of the territory, with delicate floral expressions and sugary notes of fruit. Tasting holds true to the character of Primitivo, proudly structured in body and changeable in the sinuous dimension of its aromas; sustained by a particularly accentuated fruity vein, it closes with a long and fragrant finish.

Ruby red colour, with garnet reflections. Inviting bouqet of ripe and warm fruits. It has a smooth taste, a round, persistent flavour.

Dense, deep red with purple hues; a wonderful fragrance with greatly expressive appeal: blackberry and wood balm in a soft, calibrated succession. A flavour with an admirable soft-acid balance, and a full body that makes it fleshy on the palate.

Dark red in colour with deep purple shades, this luscious wine has an intense aroma with hints of mature fruit, derived from the robust Syrah grape.  It is full-bodied, velvety and well-balanced with a final characteristic of spices.
