Wine, for me is also the silence of the winery: for this Winemaker's Choice Rosso there were moments when only the echo of the steps filled the space between the barrels, my breath was the only soundtrack to the maturing of my wine. It takes passion. When you love what you do, it comes naturally. Sometimes it takes your breath away, it makes you experience emotions with an overwhelming intensity. I personally chose the vines for this blend, inspired by the sensations of a torrid summer inside and outside the wine cellar. I followed step by step, one wine tasting after another. When I realized that it was ready to bottled, I felt a strange feeling of jealousy, as if faced with a painful but necessary detachment. At that moment, while I was tasting the wine in the dim light, I understood that it was ready. Wine is emotion. Mine? Mine is a passion to be shared.

Over the past few years, Primitivo has become a fashionable vine variety, but we have been vinifying it for decades, so we know all the vineyards of Puglia. Targeted harvesting of the grapes and respectful processing of the fruit allow us to obtain an outstandingly close-knit and concentrated wine.

Although it is originally from France, Merlot is one of the most widely spread black berried grapes of the world, which is capable of displaying distinct characteristics and sensations according to the area where it is produced. It is in Puglia that it has found a rich soil to develop its juicy and soft side, giving a red wine of great charm and character.

Obtained from Moscato Bianco grapes, grown with the Guyot system. Winemaking and sparkling process are made in vats and autoclaves in temperature controlled stainless steel.
