CAPER FRUITS

Capers in salt in a handy 200 g jar. The caper is typical of Italian tradition and is one of the best known Sicilian products. The caper grows wild on calcareous soils, a product particularly used in Sicilian gastronomic recipes.

Ingredients: Caper berries (non-EU origin), water, white sweet-and-sour dressing (white wine vinegar, concentrated grape must, antioxidant: sulphur dioxide; contains sulphites), salt, acidifier: citric acid, antioxidant: ascorbic acid.
