Traditional Italian country soup.
“Zuppa Paesana” is a traditional country style soup mix of pearl barley, red lentils, black eye beans and green soy beans.
INGREDIENTS: pearl barley, red lentils, split peas, beans, black-eyed beans mung beans.
Manufactured in a factory where they use almonds and sesame.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: Keep in a cool and dry place.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Traditional recipe for 4 people. Wash the contents of the pack and put in a large pot containing about 1,5 litres of cold water. Add two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, some sage leave, rosemary, garlic and vegetable stock cube. Add salt and pepper to taste. Boil for approximately 40 minutes at moderate heat and with the lid off. Add a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil to each serving.
