Wild Boar Ragù
A tasty ragù with selected meat of wild boar.
This rich and tasty ragù is made only with selected meat of wild boar, cooked together with tomatoes, fresh vegetables and lots of different aromatic herbs. The result is a very aromatic sauce which is a perfect accomaniment to Tajarin and together with a full-bodied red wine, this is a simply delicious treat.
INGREDIENTS: tomato pulp, wild boar meat (32%), olive oil, pork meat, mixed vegetables, wild boar liver, iodized salt, dried Porcini mushrooms, celery, red wine, tomato purée, sugar, olives purée, chili pepper, flavourings.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: Store in a cold and dry place. Refrigerate after opening.
