Tuscan Lemon Amaretti
Prepared from an ancient Tuscan recipe dating back from 1750.
These traditional Italian biscuits made with almonds, sugar, egg whites and lemon are slightly crisp on the surface but soft and delicate on the inside. Excellent with a glass of sweet or fortified wine.
INGREDIENTS: Sugar, Apricot kernels 35%, Egg white, Rice flour, Almonds 4%, Candied lemon 4% (Lemon Peels, Glucose syrup, Fructose, Sugar, Acidifier E330, Preservative: trace of Sulphur dioxide), Inverted sugar, syrup, Raising agent: Ammonium carbonates, Flavours, Preservatives: Potassium sorbate, Salt.
The product may contain traces of Wheat flour.
