A dish
Fritto Misto is the most representative dish of the Piedmontese kitchen. Certain ingredients are obligatory while others can vary from one season to the next and even from one locality to the other. Landscape
Puglia is a land rich in culture and ancient traditions. Its delicate and uniform heights roll down to the coast, where rocky stretches alternates with sandy coastline. The climate is Mediterranean, with warm summers and mild winters. The areas dedicated to viticulture benefit from this balanced climate. The sea is a gem, pure and heavenly stretching to the horizon. A dish
Bombette: the traditional rolls made with fresh pork, stuffed with cheese, salt and pepper. Usually cooked on the grill, they are commonly found in the butcher shops where they are grilled on traditional stoves.
