ORVIETO DOC CLASSICO
It is one of the best known Italian white wines, already appreciated by popes and princes of the Middle Ages.
Made from Verdello, Grechetto and Trebbiano Toscano grapes. Giordano’s Orvieto is a delicate hue of straw yellow with a hint of green; the aroma is redolent of ripe fruit; the taste is dry, balanced with a fruit and almond finish.
Fiano Puglia IGT
A very fine and elegant white wine coming from the seaside.
This pale-coloured wine has strong notes of tropical fruit and a taste that is full-bodied and intense but that still exhibits a great finesse.
Malvasia Pinot Grigio Puglia IGT
From grapes of Malvasia and Pinot Grigio. It is a fragrant and attractive wine. The grapes ripen in Apulia, cuddled by a mild and generous climate: from this land inherits its fascinating, versatile and sensual character .
Clear straw colour with light green reflexes. Rich bouquet of flowers with special hints of yellow fruit pulp, such as peach and apricot. Balanced, light and attractive flavour.
Chardonnay
A fruity yet elegant Italian Chardonnay.
Intensely luminous straw yellow colour, with typical aromas of exotic fruit and yellow peach. The flavours of Chardonnay Italia are well-balanced, fruity and elegant with notes of peach and golden apples.
"Eventus" Bianco
A modern wine studied at length by the master winemakers at Giordano to satisfy the most discerning tasters. It is obtained with the best white grapes, grown in the most suitable areas. The vinification involves immediate separation of the skins from the must, followed by fermentation at very low controlled temperature, to preserve its freshness and aroma. The name, Eventus emphasises the unique and rare characteristics of this wine.
Golden, straw yellow with greenish hints, and an elegant, floral bouquet with notes of exotic fruits and green apple. A stupendously pure bouquet. This is one of the most fragrant, fruity wines made at Giordano. A soft, balanced flavour with hints of yellow apple, pear and grapefruit.
Raggiante Bianco
Elegant white with a good body, created from a mix of different “cuvees” assembled in the Giordano Wineries. The name comes from the sun’s rays that are particularly intense in the Mediterranean areas in which its grapes are grown.
Golden colour with bright, lively reflections; an outstanding bouquet, with a fresh floral fragrance that is intense and fruity, with hints of apple, and a body with great density and an appealingly harmonious softness.
Modena Balsamic Vinegar i.g.p.
This multi-purpose condiment is used extensively throughout Italy as a traditional salad dressing.
INGREDIENTS: Wine vinegar, concentrate grape must, caramel color E150d. Contains Sulphites.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: Store in a cold and dry place.
Black Olive Patè
Made exclusively for Giordano from finely ground black olives, this patè has a truly distinctive taste.
INGREDIENTS: black olives 96%, extra virgin olive oil, salt, acidity regulator: lactic acid.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: Store in a cold and dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within a few days.
Parmigiana Risotto
Italian 4 Cheeses Flavoured Risotto
Ingredients : 80% parboiled rice, blend of melted cheese powder 9% (cheese, Mozzarella, Cheddar, Gouda, Blue Cheese, whey, salt), preparation of sunflower oil powder (sunflower oil, glucose syrup, milk proteins), potato starch, salt, hydrolyzed vegetable proteins, flavors, onion, yeast extract. May contain traces of : cereals containing gluten, soy, celery, eggs, crustaceans and molluscs.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: Store in a cold and dry place.
Cooking instructions: Into a 16/18 cm diameter pot pour the contents of pouch in 550 ml (18,6 fl oz) of unsalted cold water. Bring to the boil on a medium heat, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. Simmer for about 15 minutes until water is completely absorbed. Serve garnished with butter and cheese, if desired
Sun-Dried Tomatoes with Capers
Mediterranean sunshine in a jar! Ripe, home-grown tomatoes from the Roman countryside dried and bottled with capers to add a hint of salty tartness.
INGREDIENTS: dried tomatoes 54%, sunflower seed oil, capers 1%, sauce (made with: aromatic herbs, extra virgin olive oil, basil) wine vinegar, salt, acidity regulator citric acid, antioxidant ascorbic acid.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: Store in a cold and dry place.
Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within a few days.
Traditional "Tajarin" Egg Noodles
A delicious egg tagliatelle (Tajarin) to make your mouth water!
INGREDIENTS: durum wheat semolina, eggs 20%, water.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: Store in a cold and dry place.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Put on the fire 1 litre of water and 10 grams of salt every 100 grams of pasta.
COOKING TIME: 6 - 7 minutes ca.
Maccheroni 100% Italian durum wheat semolina
The most well-known of our pasta formats, produced according to tradition exclusively using Italian durum wheat semolina. These macaroni are bronze-drawn to give the pasta the typical roughness that allows better absorption of any dressing. Try them with any of Giordano's sauces, add a sprinkling of good Parmigiano Reggiano and bring an excellent first course to your table.

Mediterranean Olive Sauce
A saucy Tuscan treat!
INGREDIENTS: Tomato pulp (80,5%), olive oil, olives (5%), capers (3%), anchovy paste 2,5% (anchovy fillets, olive oil, salt), tomato concentrate, salt, parsley, garlic, acidity regulator: lactic acid, chili pepper, pepper, origan.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: Must be stored in a dry and cool place.
Refrigerate after opening and use within a few days.
Tomato and Parmigiano Reggiano Sauce
A delicate sauce for pasta. The recipe harmoniously combines the taste of the traditional tomato sauce and the taste of the more decisive Parmigiano Reggiano. The extra virgin olive oil and basil complete this exceptional sauce. The ideal accompaniment for durum wheat pasta.
Or you can spread on warm croutons as a delicious aperitif.
INGREDIENTS: 60% tomato pulp, Parmigiano Reggiano PDO 12% (milk, salt, rennet), double concentrate tomato paste, extra virgin olive oil, basil 0,3%, salt, garlic, acidity regulator: lactic acid.

Maize Macaroons
Speciality handmade biscuits from the Piedmont region.
INGREDIENTI: wheat flour, vegetable fats (non-hydrogenated soybean and/or sunflower and palm oils, water, emulsifier: E471, salt, flavorings, acidity regulator: E330), maize flour, sugar, eggs, glucose-fructose syrup, raising agents (ammonium bicarbonate, E450i, E500ii, wheat starch), salt, flavorings May contain traces of almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios, cashews, milk. Contains gluten.

Crema Gianduia
Crema Gianduja, a gluttony which is hard to resist! Excellent as a filling for homemade desserts, it is also perfect to spread on bread for an energy boost breakfast. Gianduja Cream is made with selected ingredients and does not contain palm oil. A delicious pleasure to spoil yourself with, a tasty embrace to accompany a sip of Moscato d'Asti DOCG and a fragrant Maize Macaroons.
INGREDIENTS: Sugar, hazelnuts 30%, vegetable oils and fats (sunflower and cocoa butter), cocoa powder 7%, powdered milk, lactose, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla flavour. May contain traces of soy and other nuts.
