Baci di Dama
One of the most famous sweet specialities from Piedmont.
Handmade with two sweet, crumbly hazelnut biscuits joined together by a strip of dark chocolate, which adds to their delicious taste and smell. A perfect choice for dessert but also well paired, for a bit of indulgence, with a cup of hot chocolate and cream or with a cup of tea.
INGREDIENTS: Wheat flour, sugar, hazelnuts 25%, margarine (non-hydrogenated vegetable oils and fats, water, milk powder, emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid, preservative: potassium sorbate, flavors, mixed carotenes), glucose-fructose syrup, iodized salt, flavoring. Filling: extra bitter 12% dark chocolate (cocoa min. 61%) (cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, flavoring). May contain traces of: milk, eggs, and other dried fruits and nuts.
