These biscuits are a Piedmontese speciality

Traditionally they are eaten at the end of a meal usually accompanied by a glass of Barolo, however they are just as delicious with a nice cup at morning or afternoon tea.
They are handmade with simple and genuine ingredients: corn flour from Langhe, sugar, wheat flour and eggs.
