Black Olive Patè

Made from finely ground black olives, this pâté has a truly distinctive taste.

It is excellent for canapés and, mixed with oil it can be used to dress pasta.  With the addition of a few spoonfuls of cream, it will also enriches sauces to be served with meat and fish.  Delicious!
